6.2. Delivery term

The shipments will be made through a courier company or Post Office. 6.3. Delivery Data, Undelivered Deliveries and Lost

6.4. Diligence in the delivery

The Customer must check the good condition of the package before the carrier that, on behalf of EVOTECSHOP, makes the delivery of the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected on the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been reviewed, the Customer should detect any incident such as blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the latter undertakes to notify EVOTECSHOP via email within the shortest period of time possible, within 24 hours of delivery. As of that moment, incidents of this type will not be attended (only pieces in guarantee).

6.5 RETURNS

6.6. Return procedure

All products purchased at EVOTECSHOP may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer communicates to EVOTECSHOP their intention to return the product / s purchased within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and that comply with the rest of the conditions established in this section.

With the aim of providing Customers with the return process and being able to follow it properly, EVOTECSHOP establishes as the only return procedure described below. 6.7. REIMBURSEMENTS to the CUSTOMER
